Expert System is program which enables a manager to use the Vroom decision-making model on their own problems. It is available as a CD-Rom or you can use it interactively on this website.
In addition to explanations of the model and of its scientific basis, the computer program enables a manager to analyze a specific decision which he or she faces on eleven dimensions relevant to choosing the most effective style. On completing the analysis, the manager can access a bar graph revealing the relative effectiveness of each of the five styles for that decision.
